Is credit repair legal?
Absolutely. The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives every consumer the right to dispute inaccurate information. Credit repair organizations are regulated under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), which we fully comply with. We never ask you to misrepresent information—we dispute items based on legitimate reporting errors and violations.
What types of items can be removed?
Any item that contains inaccurate information, cannot be verified, or violates Metro 2 reporting standards can potentially be removed. This includes collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, foreclosures, bankruptcies (if reporting errors exist), and inquiries. Even legitimate debts can be removed if they're being reported incorrectly.
How long does credit repair take?
Every situation is different. By law, credit bureaus have 30-45 days to investigate disputes. Some clients see results in the first round (30 days), others need multiple rounds. Our 6-month coverage ensures we have time to work through stubborn items. Many clients see significant improvement within 60-90 days.

SmartCredit gives us access to your full 3-bureau reports with the detailed data we need to find violations. It also lets us track changes in real-time so we can see exactly when items get removed or updated. The ~$25/month is separate from our service fee, but it's essential for the process to work.
Why do I mail the letters myself?
Disputes sent directly from you (the consumer) carry more legal weight than those sent by third parties. Credit bureaus are legally required to investigate disputes from consumers. When you mail the letters yourself with certified mail, you create a paper trail and ensure the bureaus take your disputes seriously.

Full 3-bureau analysis using our Knight System, custom dispute letters for ALL negative items found, unlimited dispute rounds for 6 months, weekly progress updates, 90-day re-analysis, and direct access to our team. No hidden fees—the $500 covers everything except your SmartCredit subscription.
How does the payment plan work?
THE CLEAR STRETCH is split into 4 weekly payments of $125 each via PayPal invoice. Week 1: Analysis & setup. Week 2: Letters built. Week 3: Disputes active. Week 4: Only after we confirm deletions. If we don't get results, you don't owe that final payment.
What if nothing gets removed?
Our performance guarantee means you only pay the final $125 after we get deletions. If we don't get results, you don't pay that last installment. We're confident in our process because we've seen it work—check out our client testimonials.
Do you guarantee specific deletions?
No—and any company that guarantees specific deletions is lying to you. The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) prohibits guaranteeing specific outcomes. What we DO guarantee: if you get zero deletions, you don't owe the final payment. We're legally compliant and honest about what we can and cannot promise.
